Kari Yazejian, Doula (CPLD, BA)
I am an experienced and certified Doula (CPLD) and Birth Assistant (BA) who is devoted to serving and supporting families. I am a native of South Florida and happily serve the Broward and South Palm Beach Counties.
I believe that everyone should have access to support and whether you choose to birth at the hospital, a birth center or at home I am ready to support you. My ultimate goal is to make sure that you feel safe, secure and supported. I wholeheartedly trust every woman’s abilities and right to birth her baby between science and sacred. I rely on evidence-based information while valuing the wisdom of the women before us.
I discovered the importance of supporting and educating women about their choices in childbirth through my own empowering experience giving birth and I am passionate about helping others have the most rewarding birth possible. I truly believe in supporting families through birth and beyond.
I received my training as a Doula with Birth Arts International and Women Honoring Women and I take an integrative approach with birthing moms and their partners.
I am impassioned about building a supportive village, whole body wellness and the mind/body connection, autonomy, nature, music and helping others. I am skilled in:
